Deskripsi
Transistor planit epitaksi ini dipasang pada paket plastik SOT-32. Mereka dirancang untuk amplifier dan driver audio yang memanfaatkan sirkuit komplementer atau kuasi-komplementer. Tipe NPN adalah BD135 dan BD139, dan tipe PNP komplementer adalah BD136 dan BD140.
